How long does it take for you to ship the frames?

We ship within two weeks.

What company do you use for shipping?

We ship with FedEx.

Can you ship to PO boxes?

We do not ship to PO boxes. We need a residential or business address for each order.

Do you offer international shipment?

Yes, we ship exclusively to the United States, Canada, and the UK.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final.
We package every frame very carefully, but we understand damages in shipment may occur. In this case, please let us know as soon as possible, and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Does the frame come with glass or acrylic?

We use regular glass on all of our picture frames.

How should I clean my frames?

Gently dust with a soft dry cloth.

Do the photos on your website show the actual frame color?

We took extra care when taking our frames photos, and these are as accurate as possible. However, every computer or phone screen has different settings, affecting how you perceive the frame color.

The moldings on our frames are handmade, and some of our frames have distressed or rubbed effects that will vary slightly look on each piece.

The lighting conditions can also affect how the color of a frame is perceived. This is particularly true for gold and silver finishes.
